For my Design Communication class, I chose the Eurovision Song Contest for the visual identity brief that was presented to us.

I created the theme Awaken Our Harmony, this theme is based on the year after 2020. 

I compared 2020 to a winter due to the COVID-19 we had to stay in insolation, which I secondly compared it to when animals enter hibernation which happens in winter.

2021 was the year we were supposed to awaken from the winter/pandemic. 

This theme presented 3 sub-themes; night, dawn and day. The dawn theme was to be used as mainly throughout the event.
